Richardson Bay Audubon Center’s educational programs foster a love for the outdoors and inspire a sense of stewardship. Our site is a diverse bay ecosystem that includes both land and water habitat provides a spectacular outdoor classroom. Our educational programs take the natural world as it happens around us and infuses it with the best practices in teaching and environmental studies. Our fresh and fun curricula are guided by developmentally appropriate activities aligned with California’s Science Content Standards and incorporate math, language arts, and social science standards into pre and post trip materials as well as the programs themselves. We provide a unique experience that can’t be found anywhere else.
