Fees, Availability & Capacity

lyfordView100% of your fees go towards supporting the conservation and education programs of the Richardson Bay Audubon Center & Sanctuary. Because you are receiving a service for your fees, they are not tax deductible.

50% of the rental fee is required to reserve your date. The rental balance and a refundable $200 security deposit are payable 45 days prior to the event. Overtime charges are $600/hour for Lyford House and $150/hour for Blue Classroom and Rosie’s Cottage.
